She is survived by: her children, Lillian Hopson (Melvin) and Russell Roane, Jr.; her grandchildren, Ernell Simpson (Tara), Tonya Simpson, Terry Roane, Alicia Estell Roane, Keith Goddard, Danielle Hopson-Daniels (Roderic) and Janell Smith (Christopher); her sister-in-law Josephine Mayfield-Morley; and her godchildren, Jack and Peggy Barnhill. She is also survived by twenty great-grandchildren, twenty-eight great-great-grandchildren.
