He is survived by: his wife Angela Hicks of Suffolk; his daughter Tenesha Hicks of Suffolk; his siblings, Cheryl Roberts (Jonathan) of Waldorf and Theodore R. Hicks Jr. (Renee) of Williamsburg; his aunts, Dollie Frazier and Beatrice L. Williams of Suffolk; and his cousins, Bridgette Rider, Shawn Warren, Terrance Warren, Darryl Williams and Keith Williams.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 6th 2026 at 5:30 PM and on Thursday, May 7th 2026 at 5:30 PM at the Home of Jerome and Bridgette Rider (1126 White Heron's Ln, Suffolk, VA 23434). Viewing was held on Friday, May 8th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Crocker Funeral Home, Inc. (900 E Washington St, Suffolk, VA 23434). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, May 9th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Missouri Baptist Church (2020 Lake Cohoon Rd, Suffolk, VA 23434). A burial was held on Saturday, May 9th 2026 at the Carver Memorial Cemetery (2320 E Washington St, Suffolk, VA 23434).
