He was predeceased by: his parents, Wiley Wesley Williams and Dorothy McCune Williams. He is survived by: his children, Patricia Ann Lands (Chuck) of Virginia Beach and Robert H. "Bobby" Williams (Wendy) of Suffolk; and his daughter-in-law Penny Williams of Virginia Beach. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
