He is survived by: his girlfriend Kimberly Bir; his daughters, Kelly H. Chaney (David) and Tammy H. Porter (Greg); his grandchildren, Joshua Brown, Andrew Long and Emily Ussery; his great grandchildren, Dalton Roberts and Noah Boykin; his sister Betty H. Mazie; and his sisters-in-law, Louise Brinkley and Linda Livesey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
