He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Bailey and Avis L. Bailey; and his siblings, Norman Bailey, Wallace Bailey, Irvin Bailey, Percell Bailey, Peyton Bailey, Ola Bailey Rice, Helen Harris, Esther Evans, Lillian Jackson, Avis McKnight, Millie Lyttle and Hazel Pierce.
He is survived by: his siblings, Preston Bailey and Alvinia Thomas (Willie). He is also survived by grandchildren, sweet great-granddaughters, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins.
