He is survived by: his wife Nora Charity; his sons, Pernell Jr. of Surry County, Virginia and Ronnell Charity of Surry County, Virginia; his daughters-in-law, Toshia and Toreska Charity; his granddaughters, Lauryn and Jordyn Charity; and his brothers, Melvin Haskins of Petersburg, Virginia, Myron Haskins (Doorene) of Petersburg, Virginia and Carroll Haskins (Cynthia) of Prince George, Virginia.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives, spiritual sons and daughters, and many dear friends.
