She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry "Dow" Kennedy and Pansy Jones Kennedy; her former husband James N. "Buck" Freeman; her husband Charles E. Dugger; and her siblings, Hazel Kennedy Crawford, Nellie Kennedy Shore, Henry Kennedy, Jr. and Freddy Kennedy.
She is survived by: her son James N. Freeman, Jr. (Lisa); and her grandchildren, Kennedy Routh Freeman, Henry Barker Freeman and Margaret Ann Freeman.
