He was predeceased by : his parents, Raleigh Wilson Williams Sr. (Carrie Ann Williams As) and Carrie Williams; and his siblings, Raleigh Williams Jr., George Sheppard Sr. and Sandra Tyler.

He is survived by : his children, Tracey M. Williams Jr., Jaylen Williams, JaMarcus Williams, Tiara Brown and Tiani Miller; his grandchildren, Cameron Williams and Clordell Hawthorne; his daughter Shequella Greene; his granddaughter Jameliah Greene; and his siblings, Darlene (Edward), Qadirah, Minyarn (Miles), Kevin (Darlene) and Stacey.

Viewing was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the First Gravel Hill Baptist Church (5230 Old Stage Hwy, Smithfield, VA 23430). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
