He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett John Goin and Grace Brown Goin; and his sisters, Evelyn Goin McCormick and Inez Goin Bowles. He is survived by: his wife Annie Laura Hudgins Goin; his children, Emmett Gene Goin Jr. "Chip" (Carol Ann) and Laura Lane Goin Mills (Danny); and his great grandchildren, Avery, Rayann, Emmett, Gabe, Eli and Mirielle.
