He is survived by: his wife Lucille Ray McGlothlin; his children, Debi Jackson Palmer (Glen), Mark McGlothlin (Mary St) and Annette McFadden Ratliff (Bill); his grandchildren, Brian Jackson (Kim), Zac McFadden (Tiffani Hale), Jake McGlothlin (Savannah) and Tori McGlothlin (Chase Clark); his sister Sylvia VanDyke; and his in-laws, Sue Miller (Eugene), Reba Robinson, Wanda Ray and Keith Ray. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
