He was predeceased by : his parents, Noah Edgar and Ocie Ray Perkins; and his siblings, James Perkins, Virgil Perkins, Evelyn Belcher, Nola Miller and Nadine Honaker.

He is survived by : his sisters, Patty Honaker of Swords Creek and Joyce Miller (Eugene) of Lebanon; and his close friend Shirley Hubbard of Swords Creek. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
