She was predeceased by: her parents, Aaron Columbus Lowe and Effie Lou Davis Lowe; her husband Ronnie Hill; her daughter Rhonda Ann Musick; her siblings, Louise Helen Jeter and William Stuart Lowe (Thomas Lowe); and her grandson Ritchie Ellis Hill.
She is survived by: her son Ritchie Hill (Renee Mullins) of Clintwood, VA; her siblings, Maxine Lowe of Richlands, VA, Phyllis Goss (Ralph) of Richlands, VA and Roger Lowe (Ruthie) of Richlands, VA; her grandchildren, Amber Musick, Lisa Santana McKenzie, Jane Cheyenne Finley and Cody Dye; and her great grandchildren, Jane McKenzie, Nathaniel McKenzie, Luna Finley, Skyler Finley, Brentley Musick and Aubree Musick.
