Elton Todd Parks Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Elton Todd Parks (Tangier, Virginia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 16, 2025 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Parks and Pearl Faye Cooper Parks; his sister Vanessa Dise; and the mother of his children Robin Laird Parks. He is survived by: his daughter Kristan Wheatley (Lewis); his grandsons, Brandon and Brody; his daughter Amber Brown; his grandchildren, Brayden and Bailey; and his siblings, Richard "Ricky" Parks, Michael "Mike" Parks (Tina), Kim "Socks" Parks (Maureen), Gary Parks (Dixie) and Michelle McCready (Paul). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the New Testament Church (16289 Main Ridge Rd, Tangier, VA 23440). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
