He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Bunts Necessary and Ruby Ann Vanhoozer Necessary; and his brother Troy Allen Necessary. He is survived by: his children, Brittany (Justin M. Hill) of Montpelier, VA and Bradley (Kristina M. Necessary) of Bellaire, OH; his sisters, Lana Kay Necessary, Rae Ann Betzares and Connie McCall; and his grandchildren, Isabella A. Hill, Brody A. Hill, Lena M. Necessary and Kole J. Necessary.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Peery & St. Clair Funeral Home (232 Ben Bolt Ave, Tazewell, VA 24651). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
