He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward Seay, Sr. and Mary Louise Holt Seay; and his sister Betty Louise Seay. He is survived by: his sister Charlotte; and his family, Beulah Baptist Church and Lyells.
The family requests that donations in Eddie's memory be made to Micah Ecumenical Ministries, Fredericksburg, or to the Beulah Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.
