She is survived by: her children, David Sams (Cyndi), Heather Stull (Brad) of Parkersburg, WV and Brian "Bo" Sams of Parkersburg, WV; her significant other Ashby Swann "Bubby"; and her siblings, Byron Adams (Michelle Dunaway), Charles Adams (Norma), Anne Waite (James), Lisa Mace (Donald), Robin Betts (Dan) and Phillip Adams (Pam). She is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
