She was predeceased by: her parents, Herald Marmaduke and Pearl Marmaduke; her sister Lucille Spencer; her son Kevin Bareford; and her husband Walter Ryland Bareford, Jr..

She is survived by: her sons, Dean Bareford (Dale) and Steve Bareford (Ellen); her granddaughters, Grace and Libby; and her brother Jack Marmaduke. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
