She was predeceased by: her parents, Betty Jo Waldron Boothe and Arthur Woodrow Boothe; her sister Elizabeth Marie French; and the father of her children Douglas J. Stevenson. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Ewig (Michael Ewig) and Matthew Stevenson (Donna Stevenson); her brother Junior Boothe (Vicki Boothe) of Tazewell, Virginia; her grandchildren, Rachel Sneed, Mason Stevenson and Olivia Stevenson Davidson (Travis Davidson); and her great grandchildren, Hope Riley, Brody Riley, Owen Sneed, Jensen Davidson and Jude Davidson. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends.
