He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Lee and Mildred Virginia Street Kiser; and his brother Bradley Karl Kiser. He is survived by: his brother Darryl Lee Kiser (Regina) of Tazewell; his daughters, Kaelin Billips (Andrew) of Tazewell and Whitney Kiser (David Saunders) of Richlands; his grandchildren, Oakley Kiser, Axel and Madison; his nieces, Kristi Stump (Joel) of Collinsville, Vanessa Price (Charlie) of North Tazewell and Allie Wright (Steven) of Tazewell; his nephew Christopher Kiser of Tazewell; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ian, Liam, Maci, Isabella of Landon, C. J., Chloe, Chelsea, Raegan and Lincoln. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Honaker Funeral Home (4686 Redbud Hwy, Honaker, VA 24260). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
