As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Charles may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Dixon and Charlene Dixon (Carter); and his grandparents, Eldridge and Roberta Carter. He is survived by: his daughter India Dixon; his uncle George Carter Sr. of Ohio; and his caregivers, Antwon and Ruby Braxton.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the TBD Restlawn Memorial Gardens Mausoleum Chapel (6605 New Hope Rd, Bluefield, WV 24701). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Restlawn Memorial Gardens Mausoleum Chapel (6605 New Hope Rd, Bluefield, WV 24701). A burial was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 at the TBD Restlawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery (6605 New Hope Rd, Bluefield, WV 24701).
