He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Sr. Williams and Clara Williams; and his siblings, Matthew, Harvey Jr., Kathy and Christine Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Monika Williams; his sons, Christopher and Harvey Williams; his stepson Johannes "Hanno" Weigand; his daughters-in-law, Miranda Williams, Sarah Burki and Ekaterina Zuevskaya; and his grandchildren, Tristan, Noah, Ellie Williams and Alex Weigand.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Scott Funeral Home of Tazewell (870 W Main St, Tazewell, VA 24651). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
