She is survived by: her mother Margaret Mullins Boothe of North Tazewell; her siblings, John Howard Boothe and Melett Boothe Smith (Jerry) of Tazewell, VA.; her nephew John Howard Boothe III; her niece Raquel Smith Large (Mark) of Tazewell, VA; her great-nieces, Everleigh Mae Boothe and Lillian Jane Boothe; her great-nephew Beauen Everett Boothe; her uncle Ralph "Moon" Mullins of Richlands, VA; her aunts, Dorothy Boothe Rasnick of Tazewell and Glenna Boothe Myers of Tazewell; her cousin ReaZhonda (Danita); her pet Gracie; and her friends, Vicky Thompson and Nita Mae.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Scott Funeral Home of Tazewell (870 W Main St, Tazewell, VA 24651). A memorial service was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
