Hayden of North Tazewell, VA; her brothers, Gratton Fox of Springville, VA and Freddie Rose of Washington, D. C.; her pet Jaxx; and her grandchildren, Jess Moore of Chris, Hayden, Conner Hayden, Nikki Moore, Kyrie Hayden and Abby Crawford.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions toward funeral expenses be made to Hurst-Scott Funeral Home in Tazewell, VA.
