He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd White and Elizabeth White of Tazewell, Virginia.; his wife Gloris Smith White; and his daughter Cheryl Robinson. He is survived by: his sister Linda White of Disputanta, VA; his children, Lorrie Blevins of Marshville, NC and Martin White (Cheryl) of Greensboro, NC; and his grandchildren, Jacob Robinson of Charleston, SC, Joshua Blevins of Marshville, NC, Michael Van Dyke (Katie) of Greensboro, Jessica Spradlin (Jason) of Greensboro and Casey White (Shanon) of Eden, NC.. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project in his honor.
