She is survived by: her mother Paulette Viney Smith; her father-in-law Emil Joyner; her daughter Shacoya Hairston; her grandchildren, Shannon Hairston, Jr., Kayden Hairston and Alanie; her siblings, Trina Hairston (Danny), Donna Watkins (Jamey), Sidney Viney (Kim) and Alvin Smith, Jr. (Misty); her aunts and uncles, William Viney (Sandra), Sidney Viney, Equilla Greene and Wanda Smith; and also Shannon Hairston (Adasia).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Peery & St. Clair Funeral Home (232 Ben Bolt Ave, Tazewell, VA 24651). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
