She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Godfrey and Hattie Belle Wiles Wood; her husband Freeling "Sadie" Watson; and her son Herbert Boardwine. She is survived by: her children, Betty DeHart (Joe) of Hillsville, VA, Kathy Douville (Russell) of Candler, NC, Beverly Sweet of Tazewell, VA, Mary Sellitti of Winston-Salem, NC, Laura Davis (Rex) of Tazewell, VA, Rhonda Williams (Arne) of Abingdon, VA and Tony Watson (Paige) of Tazewell, VA.. She is also survived by Eighteen grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and 10 great-great grandchildren.
