He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Whitt Mullins; his wife Bethany Karnes of Tazewell, VA; his son Colten Mullins; his siblings, Ronnie Mullins (Beth) of Cedar Bluff, VA and Rhonda Mullins (Don) of Dublin, VA; his sister-in-law Natalie Griffith of Pensacola, FL; his mother-in-law Carol Karnes of North Tazewell, VA; and his cousin Anna Billips. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, uncles, and aunts.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Peery & St. Clair Funeral Home (232 Ben Bolt Ave, Tazewell, VA 24651). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A reception will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Nuckolls Hall (134 Saddlebred Ln, Tazewell, VA 24651).
