She is survived by: her daughters, Juda Ann O'Quin of Tazewell, VA and Kimberly Jill O'Quin of Tazewell, VA; her brother James E. "Buddy" Blevins (Nancy) of Myrtle Beach, SC; her grandchildren, Ian Rhudy and Abigail Rhudy; and her sibling's children, Suzanne McGlothlin (Brian McGlothin), Monica Roman, Lori Beth Moore and Brian Earls.
