She was predeceased by: her parents, Aaron Ward Blevins and Bessie Pearl Osborne Blevins; her husband Edgar Frank O'Quin; her sisters, Erma Earls and Jane Stevenson; and her brother-in-law John Stevenson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Juda Ann O'Quin of Tazewell, VA and Kimberly Jill O'Quin of Tazewell, VA; her brother James E. "Buddy" Blevins (Nancy) of Myrtle Beach, SC; her grandchildren, Ian Rhudy and Abigail Rhudy; her nieces, Suzanne McGlothlin (Brian McGlothin), Monica Roman and Lori Beth Moore; and her nephew Brian Earls.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Thompson Valley Evangelical Presbyterian Church (3991 B F Buchanan Hwy, Tazewell, VA 24651).
