He is survived by: his wife Lisa Mustard of Tazewell, VA; his children, Chucky Williams (Stefanie) of Tazewell, VA and Christina Roark (Kenny) of Tazewell, VA; his siblings, Tom Mustard (Shirley) of Stone Mountain, GA, Larry Mustard (Marilyn) of Tazewell, VA and Sue O'Quinn of Tazewell, VA; his niece Melinda Messer of Tazewell, VA; and his brother-in-law Dana Williams of Tazewell, VA. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren and one precious great-grandchild.
