It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Gaston Hayes of Tazewell, Virginia, who passed away on October 8, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, George Hayes and Bernice Hayes; his siblings, Jean Puckett, Viola Ferry, Kay Kitts and Jack Hayes; his wife Mary A. Hayes; and his children, Thomas, Timothy Hayes, Tamara Ferguson and Teresa Shappell.
