He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Bartley; his children, Paul Bartley (Kelley) and Tonya Bartley; his grandchildren, Jordan Schwinn (Dylan), Brian Bartley (Jessie), Katlyn Thomas (Daniel), Matthew Trainham and Kaylee Hayden; his great grandchild Boone Bartley; and his sister Ruth Paige (James).
