He is survived by : his wife Debbie Switzer McCullough; his children, Matthew Curtis McCullough and Joanie Leigh Mason; his grandchildren, Alissa McCullough, Cameron McCullough, Kaitlyn Hiner (Dustin) and Alexis Mason; and his great grandchildren, Ava Hiner and Asher Hiner.
