He was predeceased by: his son Dale; his parents, Polly and Olin; and his brothers, Terry and Gary.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his children, Keisha (Kenny), Jody and Jamie (Mandy); his grandchildren, Jasmine, Bree, Eli, Cheyenne and Jonathan; his great grandchildren, Aaliyah and Ace; and his sisters, Phyllis and Wanda (Wayne). He is also survived by nieces and nephews and their children.
