We are sad to announce that on October 29, 2022, at the age of 61, Cecil David Dean of Timberville, Virginia, born in Harrisonburg, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by : his wife Sharon Dean; his daughter Sarah Dean; his sister Bobbie McGarry (Mack McGarry); and his niece Lisa Wise (Jamie Wise). He is also survived by numerous brother and sister-in-laws, nieces, nephews and cousins.
