She was predeceased by: her parents, Erman Ray and Juna Ketterman Hess; and her brothers, Ernest and Donnie Hess. She is survived by: her husband Roscoe William "Billy" Barkley; her daughters, Sara Herndon (Chad) of Mechanicsville and Krista Palacios (Edson) of Kansas City, MO; her sister Erma Orebaugh (Harold); and her grandchildren, Sophie, Cammie, Josiah, Judah and Silas. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
