He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Jr. Shipp and Reba May Frank Shipp; and his sister Debbie Shipp. He is survived by : his wife Marianne Kugler Shipp; his stepsons, William Josef Ott (Rose) of Timberville and Robert Patrick Ott (Tracy) of Timberville; his sisters, Carol Shipp of Mt. Crawford and Vicki Crider (Wayne) of Timberville; and his grandson Daniel Josef Ott.
