He is survived by: his mother Mildred Barb; his stepfather Doland Barb of Marshall, VA; his sisters, Jennifer Sloat of Timberville, VA and Echo Barb of Marshall, VA; his daughter Felicia Gainer (Virginia Hendricks); his grandchildren, Ryan and Lillian Gainer of Timberville; and his nieces, Hollye Hullihen of Mt. Jackson and Brooke McIntosh of Timberville.
