He was predeceased by : his father Roscoe T., Sr.. He is survived by : his children, Jeremy Westfall (Ann) of Winchester, David Westfall of Pennsylvania, Alexander Westfall of Texas and Angela Westfall of Maryland; his siblings, Paul Westfall (Teresa) of Quicksburg and Ramona Davis (Jimmy) of New Market; and his cousin Barbara Morris (Rick) of Harrisonburg. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
