It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ellen Irene Richard of Toms Brook, Virginia, who passed away on August 15, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, John Baxter and Odessa Loraine Bowman Richard; her siblings, Pete Richard, Lucy Hepner and Elsie Haun; and her nephew Larry Hepner.
She is survived by : her nieces and nephews, Judy M. Martin, John William "Billy" Haun (India), Jo Ann Orndorff (Kenny), Debbie Miller (Mike), William "Bubby" Richard (Evelyn), Gary Hepner and Terri Hepner. She is also survived by numerous great nieces, great nephews, and cousins.
