He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Franklin Foster and Lila Virginia Seal Foster; and his sisters, Kathleen Foster Hottle and Jane Foster Mitchell. He is survived by: his wife Janice Jackson Foster of Toms Brook; his stepson Harold Jackson Jr.; his nieces, Darlene Mitchell Shiley (Mac) of Maurertown and Dawn Hottle Sager (Bill) of North Carolina; his great-nephews, Chad Mitchell Shiley (Carrie) and Justin Wayne Sager; and also, Haley Elizabeth Shiley, Andrew Mitchell Shiley and Bradley Warren Shiley.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Zion Christian Church Cemetery (1772 Zion Church Rd, Maurertown, VA 22664).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Toms Brook Fire Department.
