He is survived by: his daughter Sydni Bonita Oliver of Alexandria, Virginia; his sister Romaine Oliver-Paschal (David) of Redondo Beach, California; his daughters, Amber Vanlier Phillips (Dell) of Export, Pennsylvania and Shawnda Crute Mason (Michael) of Salineville, Ohio; and his former wife Carla Chavis Oliver of Alexandria, Virginia. He is also survived by five grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and a host of close relatives, friends.
A burial will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Quantico National Cemetery (18424 Joplin Rd, Triangle, VA 22172).
