A burial will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Quantico National Cemetery (18424 Joplin Rd, Triangle, VA 22172).
Extremely creative, Sissy was a gifted crafter who used her talents to give back, generously donating the proceeds from her crafts to the Children's Hospital of Richmond.
