She was loved and cherished by many people including: husband: Emile Dyson; children: Andre and Erica; daughter-in-law: Esmeralda; stepson: Rocky B.; grandchildren: Austin, Melanie, Amisah, Ayanna, Angelinia, Avry, and Honesty; siblings: Beverly, Deborah, Oscar "Buddy", Harriet, and Clif; preceded in death by: McCronia (brother), Uncle McCronia, and Hattie (mother).
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Miller Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (3200 Golansky Blvd, Woodbridge, VA 22192).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to the Epilepsy Foundation of America in Marilyn's honor.
