With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Thomas Gerard Hale (Triangle, Virginia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 18, 2025 at the age of 80. He was predeceased by: his parents, Erika and Kenneth B. Hale; and his grandfather Herman. He is survived by: his significant other Catherine Applegate Mastrippolito; his brother Tex; his grandchildren, Kristina and Kenny; his children, Thomas G. Hale Jr. (Donna), John K. Hale (Karen), Dan Gross (Becki), Fred Mastrippolito (Nartaya) and Brenda Tiffin (Scott); his sister Judith Jeltema (Gordon); his grandchildren, Scott Jr. (Katrina), Andrew, Cody (Carrigan), Skyler, Charlie, Savannah, Shelby, Shane and Catherine; his great grandchild Wheeler; and also Lucille.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Covenant Funeral Service - Stafford (1310 Courthouse Rd, Stafford, VA 22554). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Quantico National Cemetery (18424 Joplin Rd, Triangle, VA 22172).
