He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Blanchard, Sr. and Louise Blanchard; his children, Renita, Elgin (Tania), William (April) and Kenneth; his grandchildren, Malik, Bryauna and Aliyah; his great grandchildren, Malakai and Leilani; and his siblings, Elsie and Larry. He was also cherished by other relatives and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 10th 2026 at the Chesapeake. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 21st 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Quantico National Cemetery (18424 Joplin Rd, Triangle, VA 22172).
