He was predeceased by: his parents, Morton Hodges and Gertrude Hall Hodges of Franklin County, Virginia.. He is survived by: his wife Shelby Carr Hodges; his children, Gil Hodges of Richmond, VA and Ginger Hodges (Chris Lentz) of Roanoke, VA; and his sibling's children, Laureen Gisiner (Brian Hamilton) and Len Gisiner (Sandra). He is also survived by 4 grand dogs.
