He was predeceased by: his mother Mildred Hensley; and his brother Carroll Hensley. He is survived by: his father Dennis Hensley; his wife Vivian; his sons, Frederick "Rick" Lee Hensley Jr. (Lauren) and William Andrew "Andy" Hensley (Melissa); his granddaughters, Sonya Martens-Smits and Alexis Rane Hensley; his siblings, Judy Burcham and Phillip Hensley; his nieces, Renea Hensley Alsop and Jeannie Burcham; and his nephew Darren Hensley. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
