She was predeceased by: her parents, Loy E Smith and Eula B. Smith (Kesner); her husband Rev. James E. Johnson; and her brothers, Bud Smith, Virgil Smith and Leo Smith.
She is survived by: her children, William E. Johnson (Kathy) of Burlington, Stephen P. Johnson (Tricia) of Palmyra and Ruth A. McKenzie (John) of Mount Airy; and her brothers, Elwood Smith (Betsy) of Upper Tract and Samuel Smith of Martinsburg. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, twenty seven great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
A graveside service was held on Friday, May 22nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Kline Cemetery.
