She is survived by: her sons, Richard Welch of Troy, VA and Michael Welch (Heather Welch) of Gordonsville, VA.; her siblings, Juanita Lane (Pond) of Brattleboro, VT, Marlene Heinonen (Robert Heinonen) of Winchester, NH and George Pond of Vernon, VT; her pets, Boss and Izzy; and her friends, David Emdee, Eleanor Antwi, Gary Quinter, David Woodfin and Bertha O'Neill. She is also survived by 4 nieces and their families, 7 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren.
