He is survived by: his wife Lynn Davis Creamer; his children, Kendal Poleykett (David), Devin (Aimee), Nathan (Sally Kay), Nicholas and Derrick Creamer; his grandchildren, Shelby, Jenna, Teagan, Ainsley Poleykett, Landon and Rebecca Creamer; and his brothers, Kenneth and James Creamer.
